My goodness, it's been a long time. So many things have been happening..... Well, the rest of the family is still out in NoWhere, North Dakota. Good thing they like it out there, or I would really feel bad. Anyway, they are doing great and really liking the small town atmosphere. My dad is still at home, I'm currently living in a house with 5 guys! Yeah, even though I'm a messy person myself, I still get a little grossed out by the sight of the bathroom sometimes. The house is right by MSUM campus, and it's a nice size. It doesn't get too crowded......most of the time. I was soo happy to finally get a Christmas Tree up! We definately purchased everything on a college student's budget: Christmas Tree (Boys Ranch): $20 3 sets of Christmas Lights (Boys Ranch): $.75 each 3 sets of Christmas Bulbs (Walmart): $1.00 each Tinsel (Walmart): $1.00 each Hilarity of putting up all of purchase items without going insane or having the dog pee on the tree: Priceless Yeah, life's been interesting. The sad thing is, I've become such a crazy dog lady! I'm finding so many things to buy for Max! I was so oblivious to all of the adorable sweaters that he could have! And the cute carrying cases.....oh my! Adam stops me most of the time, but there have been a few occasions where I have won. Pumpkin Halloween costume for example.......I won. Another sad thing is how excited I'm getting for Speech! Adam asks me sometimes why it matters so much that I coach, I mean, I'm over the hill. Too old to compete. "I DON"T CARE! I NEED TO COACH! I HAVE BEEN PLANNING THIS SINCE THE END OF LAST SEASON! THIS WILL BECOME MY LIFE FOR THREE MONTHS! YOU LEAVE ME ALONE AND GO BACK TO YOUR SO CALLED REAL LIFE!" Then he shut up. |
